With 23 years of experience in the mental health field. Earning a BA in Psychology from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine and continuing education to obtain a MS in Forensic Psychology to deepen expertise in trauma, behavioral health, and systems-level care. Her leadership is grounded in compassion, cultural responsiveness, and a commitment to empowering individuals to build stability, resilience, and independence. Nadine founded Nura Community Services with a clear mission: to provide high‑quality, person‑centered, and accessible behavioral health support to the communities of Maine.

Marcy Curtis

Marcy brings an extensive background in medical services, patient care, and mental health, with experience across multiple roles that have strengthened her understanding of both staff and client needs. Known for her dedication, compassion, and steady leadership, Marcy plays a key role in supporting the daily operations and the people who make Nura Community Services thrive. Marcy holds a Certificate in Human Resources and Administration, giving her a strong foundation in HR regulations, compliance, and workforce support.

Interpreter Services

Rusul Al Bandar

Rusul is a certified interpreter with extensive experience supporting clients in both outpatient counseling and case management settings. Her work in the mental health field has given her a deep understanding of the importance of accuracy, cultural responsiveness, and clear communication—especially for clients navigating complex emotional and behavioral health needs. Rusul is known for her compassion, professionalism, and commitment to ensuring every client’s voice is heard and understood. As an integral part of Nura Community Services, Rusul plays a key role in strengthening and expanding interpreter services.

Case Manager

Samantha Lemly

Samantha brings over 20 years of experience in the mental health and developmental services field. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and has worked in a various roles supporting individuals diagnosed with mental health conditions, developmental disabilities, and intellectual disabilities. Her background includes extensive work with both children and adults, giving her a broad understanding of diverse needs across the lifespan. Known for her compassion, professionalism, and steady presence, Samantha approaches her work with empathy and a strong focus on compliance, quality, and ethical care. Samantha is a valued member of the Nura Community Services team, dedicated to helping individuals build stability, independence, and meaningful connections within their communities.
